Alison draws on extensive experience working in the non-profit sector, leading teams to build new programs, forge partnerships and reach their fundraising goals.

Nhanci Wright is a fund development specialist who held senior positions in national organizations before establishing her own consulting practice in 2001. She has led non-profits in the development and implementation of effective fundraising strategies, capital campaigns, signature fundraising events, and major gift programs.
