2014 Heritage Leadership Awards

Ottawa, ON, May 2, 2014 – Heritage Canada The National Trust’s Leadership Awards celebrate individuals, organizations and businesses whose work has contributed to preserving the heritage of Canada’s communities. The deadline for submissions is now Friday, May 9, 2014.
You can submit a nomination in one or both of the following categories:

Gabrielle Léger Medal for Lifetime Achievement
Named after the wife of former Canadian Governor General Jules Léger, this award recognizes individuals for their outstanding service to the country in the cause of heritage conservation. -
Lieutenant-Governor’s Award for Heritage Conservation
This award recognizes outstanding achievement by an individual, group or corporation in the province in which Heritage Canada The National Trust’s annual conference is held. This year, we are seeking nominations for worthy recipients whose work has benefited the province of Prince Edward Island.
Recipients will be fêted at a gala ceremony as part of our annual conference in Charlottetown this October.
